RCG Residence had some characteristics of the period we wanted to complement and accentuate, leading us to the palette of brilliant colors and dramatic monochrome.
The front part of this residence was the original RCG Residence, that the passage the last extension in the rear. The room became a sort of withdrawal period for the customer, with particular attention to detail and mood of luxury. The same level of detail and finish has been applied on the back of the contemporary space, but with a lighter touch and more casual.
The living and dining room were designed to have a strong relationship with the other, original, beautifully detailed RCG Residence double doors that lead to these rooms in the hall was painted and framed with custom carpentry portals to create depth opening . Stratification of the ports was a key theme created in all different areas of the house.
Soft gray walls with black frame and shutters portray a deluxe room. The floor and walls of the bathroom, which aligns with straight cut travertine Blue Ocean add to the feeling of high quality bathroom.
The kitchen of RCG Residence has been redesigned, as the anchor of the house, connecting the place of origin and the last extension. The monochromatic palette was continued in the kitchen, with black and white tones 2pac still bright, polished stone and a black mirror that bring a contemporary clean-line.
kitchen RCG Residence looks down into the living room, this will create an integration of finishes and shapes in the lower hall. The armor and black glass kitchen bench extends through the living room to become the top of the woodwork room housing unit and the dark wooden gate extending the ladder to the living room floor.
